Galvanized wire production process

we select the superior wire rod as our raw material;

then annealed in the hearth (our hearth as below)

by this control in this process, we matched the tensile strength you required;

then we acid wash the wire and then made them trought our zinc pool;

the zinc pool, inside is the zinc ingot to be melted

after this, the wire can be make into coils and to be packed

Packing: plastic inside, hessian cloth or woven bag outside,

                the weight of per coil as you required

black wire is also available.
